How do you think this Piece turned out?
The Promo shots are coming along including the ones I’m sharing here. This week, I need to create a webpage and product listings for the Concepts. I need to think of a Title for each Piece and the Series overall and write an Introduction.
I don’t know what the Series or the Pieces will be called and I don’t know what the Introduction will be because this Project really wasn’t a planned Project. I began with a couple of Composition ideas that I was curious about and it took on a life of its own.
I want to express my gratitude with how well you all have responded to the new Abstract Concepts. I began sharing this experimental Project on all the Studio social media profiles about three weeks ago and wondered if the Abstract pieces would attract new Visitors to the current Collection.
So far.. Hmm. This is my 15th year officially working in the Studio and managing the Inventory on the website. Honestly, I have never seen such a consistent influx of traffic over a three-week period. I have had really good days. ..or a great week and a half. Essentially, there have been more valleys and than peaks.
Naturally, I dismissed the first few days. When I reached the two-week mark and the Numbers didn’t drop, I thought ..that’s different. Finally, I took another peek at my Analytics Numbers earlier this afternoon. Steady stream of high traffic since 1am. Singapore, Seoul. Los Angeles. Dallas. New York. Chicago… Quite a few are Returning Visitors, which is good…
All that to say, I’m really happy (and surprised) about the response…

Each Print Listing for this new Series will include shots that highlight Details of the actual Print Paper, which is not done for my other Artworks. I believe this new approach will help Collectors decide if they really want to purchase the Work.

I do plan on revisiting older Pieces in my Collection and adding Detailed shots like this to enhance the presentation.

Analytics Comparison
Aug.30 - Sept.6, 2026 vs Aug.30 - Sept.6, 2025
The light blue, dotted line at the bottom of the chart represents traffic during this period last year. The solid blue line represents this same time period in 2026. What a dramatic shift..
