"Check-Out" Errors Resolved
First, I hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday. Now, there was a critical error on the "Check Out" Page that needed to be resolved. I was unaware of this error until I began to update some of the website pages and noticed this.
Customers were not able to complete the Shipping Process once they added Artworks to the Shopping Cart. After several hours of trial and error followed by testing several items in the Shipping Process, I was able to correct the problem.
Basically, I needed to fix the Shipping Profiles and link them to the correct items and the correct Location they Ship from. While the Error has been fixed, I have to relink every single Photograph in the Gallery. Unfortunately, with over 250 Photographs in the Collection, it will take several days to manually Edit each Listing.
Still, I am optimistic that there will be no further issues in the future. Today, I was able to finish adding Series, New York City (2019) back to the Gallery. Over the next few days, I will continue to add Photographs for the Series, Water (2019) back to the Gallery. Afterwards, the more recent and popular Photographs will take priority to be added.
Yes, the Gallery looks quite empty, now. Slowly, but surely, we will be back to normal. I do apologize especially to those of you who received an Error Message during Check-Out. Again, the pieces that are in the Gallery right now have been cleared of any issues.
Also, some of the older Photographs between 2008 - 2014 will not return. Simply because I'm making room for new and improved Works. I look forward to capturing wonderful shots into 2021. Incredible how quickly time goes by.
