The Studio Print Order Process
Welcome back to the Studio Blog. Ready to Order your favorite Photograph from the Studio? Investing in an Art Collection for the first time can be challenging. Today, I'll share the breakdown of what takes place once you Confirm your Purchase. Hopefully, this will help to ease a few concerns you may have.
Product Selection: Unframed & Framed
For most Prints, unframed Photographs are available from 8 x 12 inch to 40 x 60 inch in Size. The Photography is printed on FujiFlex High Gloss Paper. When your Order is Confirmed, the Prints are developed at the Photo Lab in Germany. The Lab is Open Monday - Fridays, save holidays.
Typically, unframed prints are Developed within two business days of receiving the Order. From Production to Delivery, there is an 8-business day window for Unframed Print Orders. I do recommend placing your Order at the beginning of the week to make sure the Order will already be on its way to you before the end of the week.
Orders placed after business hours on Friday or during the weekends will be put into Production on Monday (or the first Open Business day of the week if it's a holiday).
Solid Wood frames are available for most Prints from 8 x 12-inch to 24 x 36 inch in Size. Print Dimensions larger than 24 x 36-inch are only available unframed. From Production to Delivery, there is an 11 business day window for Framed Print Orders.
Metal Hangers are attached to the back of the Frame (as shown above). Also, I want to highlight the Anti-Reflective Museum Glass by Groglass. A special coating applied to this glass makes it nearly invisible for an undistorted view of the Artwork.
The Best Paper Type
Test Prints: Fuji Crystal Archive DP II Glossy VS FujiFlex High Gloss
I have tested my Photography on several Paper Types and Selected the FujiFlex High Gloss Paper (shown above, Right) as the clear Winner in Clarity and Color Saturation. All of the available Works from the Studio are only Printed on FujiFlex Paper to establish Consistency in Style.

Returns
The Studio does have a Return Policy with all of the details clearly written on the website. In short, within 7 days of Delivery, Returns are accepted. Exchanges are not available and Artwork that was purchased at Sale Price is not eligible for Return.

If you are new to the Studio Collection and are weary about placing your first Order, may I suggest starting with a small, less expensive Piece to test the waters. My Work is Categorized in Tiers with Tier 11 being the most affordable.
The Tier System is an entire discussion in itself for a later date. For now, I hope this breakdown helps in your decision-making process.
